After more than 10 years of experience across life sciences organizations in Switzerland and Europe—working in engineering, qualification, validation, and quality, Smahan Toughraï developed a clear vision of what consulting in regulated environments should be.
Beyond technical expertise, she recognized the need to better connect people, functions, and
perspectives—bridging the gaps between teams, stakeholders, and ultimately the patients they
serve.
She founded IntegriCore with the ambition to build a high-end consultancy grounded in strong ethical values, where integrity, transparency, and collaboration guide every engagement.
With a structured and pragmatic approach, IntegriCore bridges engineering, compliance, and
operations—aligning technical execution with regulatory requirements while maintaining efficiency
and sustainability.

Smahan Toughraï holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from CPE Lyon (France) and a
PhD in Chemistry from the University of Basel (Switzerland). Fluent in multiple languages, she
brings a strong sensitivity to multicultural and international environments.
